Srimanta Foundation:
The Srimanta Foundation for Culture and Society, a charitable Trust, is instituted with Dr. Kesavananda Dev Goswami, doyen of scholars of  Sankaradeva studies and an exponent of the Satrriya arts, as its President, with a view to working towards upholding and preserving the abiding values of the Sankaradeva movement; preservation and extension of the distinctive art and literary traditions particularly Sattiriya Music, Dance and Theatre, born of the Neo-Vaisanva movement; academic research and documentation, formation of a large database for the facilitation of wider research and understanding of various contributions of Srimanta Sankaradeva,  Sri Sri Madhavadeva and their apostolate.

The Foundation also strives to bring about awareness and work towards promotion of integration and harmonious cultural relations among diverse social groups.
Thus, the Srimanta Foundation for Culture and Society aims working towards -

1) Upholding and preserving the abiding values of non-violence and humanism, social integration, peace and development ;

2) Preservation, promotion and extension of the distinctive art and literary traditions of the Sankaradeva movement in particular,

3) Academic Research, reinterpretation of these diverse traditions for their wider understanding and explication.

4) Promotion of integration and cultural relations through the pursuit of art and literature among diverse social groups.
