species of Animals, Rhinoceros, Asiatic wild Buffalo, Elephant,
Swamp deer, Hog Deer, Wildpig etc. are commonly sighted, Tiger,
Leopard, Sloth bear, Hoolock Gibbon, Python are sometimes seen.
The Park has rich variety of more than 400 species of birds, the
prominent among them are Cormorants, Herons, Egrets, Storks, Pelicans,
Hornbills, Eagles, Terns, Ducks, Pheasants, Patridge, Pigeons, Kites,
Floricans, etc. Many species of reptiles, amphibian, nearly 500
species of plants, innumerable variety of insects, variety of fishes
are found in the park
